Access to the event is FREE but online registration is MANDATORY

Parking Area

Large unattended paid parking available to visitors.

Free shuttle

A free shuttle service is available to participants during the two days of the event.

The service connects the Bergamo railway station with the Bergamo Fair.
The shuttles, with 20 and 8 seats, depart:

from the Bergamo railway station (in front of the Carrefour Express supermarket – Piazzale G. Marconi, 7) to the Bergamo Fair, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
from the Bergamo Fair (in front of the Fair entrance) to Bergamo Station, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The following refreshment points will be provided within the event:

Tavola Calda cafeteria in hall A (from 12.00 to 2.30 p.m.)
Street Food in the outdoor area of Hall B (exits aisle B4)
Bars in the gallery and in the halls
Free coffee points in both halls and their foyers

By plane
The Orio Al Serio international airport (BGY) is just 3 km from the exhibition centre and offers flights to more than 80 Italian and European cities operated by various low cost airlines (e.g. RyanAir).

The Bergamo Exhibition Centre offers connections to the Bergamo city centre, the railway station, the Bus/Taxi station, and the Orio al Serio, Milan, Brescia, Venice, Trieste, Como and Piacenza airports, thanks to the bus network operated by the Bergamo Transport Company, as well as various other transport companies

The Bergamo Exhibition Centre grounds are located along the Bergamo beltway, and can be easily reached in just a few minutes by taking the Bergamo and Seriate exits from the Milan-Venice motorway.
