THURSDAY 17 SEPTEMBER 2026
09:15 - 10:45

INAIL SEMINAR ROOM

PAV. A – LANE A1

Edited by: INAIL

The rapid and pervasive digitalization of work environments necessitates a fundamental rethinking of approaches. Occupational health and safety training must keep pace with digital transformation processes and establish itself as a strategic tool for fostering awareness, the ability to critically evaluate technologies, and safe behaviors within digitized workplaces.
In this context, key areas of focus include personal data protection in digital training programs, the use of artificial intelligence in adult learning, the application of virtual reality, XR technologies, and gamification for experiential training, and the development of digital solutions to support safety and prevention professionals.
The seminar will provide corporate safety and prevention professionals with valuable insights for updating training strategies in light of ongoing changes.
