Lombardy's Regional Law 4/2026 revolutionizes workplace health and safety management. The measure introduces a digital certification tracking system, a mandatory regional list of training providers, and severe penalties to combat fictitious or incomplete training.

The conference, organized by the Lombardy Region - Directorate General for Welfare, will cover the following topics:
- OSH training according to the State-Regions Agreement 59/2025 and regional responsibilities (Lombardy Region)
- Regional Law 4/2026, the principles of traceability, portability, and training verification (Lombardy Region)
- Requirements for training providers in light of Regional Law 4/26 and its operating rules: the IT platform, registration procedures in the regional register, and course start and end communications (Lombardy Region/ARIA)
