Lombardy's Regional Law 4/2026 revolutionizes workplace health and safety management. The measure introduces a digital certification tracking system, a mandatory regional list of training providers, and severe penalties to combat fictitious or incomplete training.

The conference, organized by the Lombardy Region - Directorate General for Welfare, will cover the following topics:
- Occupational Health and Safety (SSL) training in accordance with the State-Regions Agreement 59/2025 and regional competencies

- Regional Law 4/2026: principles of traceability, portability, and training verification

- Requirements for training providers under Regional Law 4/26 and operational rules: the IT platform, registration procedures for the regional registry, and notifications regarding course commencement and completion
