Regulatory compliance alone is not enough to create real safety.
A culture of safety arises primarily from organizational decisions, leadership, and the messages a company conveys every day.
The workshop addresses the strategic role of managers, RSPPs, consultants, and trainers in building a concrete, credible, and participatory safety culture.
Through practical cases and real-world examples, the following will be explored:
• the difference between compliance and safety culture;
• the impact of corporate decisions on behavior;
• organizational communication and leadership;
• the role of management consulting in prevention;
• tools to foster engagement and safe behavior.
A practical meeting dedicated to those who want to go beyond compliance and contribute to a real cultural change in organizations.
Valid for 2 hours of refresher training pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08. Certificate issued by AIFOS.
To obtain the certificate, completion of the final learning test is mandatory.
