OCCUPATIONAL HEALT AND SAFETY COURSE REFRESHER HOURS 81/08
WEDNESDAY 16 SEPTEMBER 2026
14:30 - 16:30

COURSE ROOM 1

PAV. A – LANE A4

Edited by: AIFOS, Associazione Nazionale Formatori ed Operatori della sicurezza

“Safety is the top priority.”
It sounds good. But that's not how work works.
Every day we choose between doing things quickly and doing things well.
We can't have both at their best.
It's the ETTO principle: every decision is a trade-off between efficiency and accuracy.
The point isn't to eliminate trade-offs.
It's to learn to recognize them and manage them better.

In this seminar, we'll bring to the table what often remains implicit:
- how people actually make decisions
- why shortcuts aren't madness, but adaptation
- how to transform daily balance into organizational competence
If you constantly feel a gap between perfect procedures and real work, that's where we need to look.

Valid for 2 hours of refresher training pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08. Certificate issued by AIFOS.
To obtain the certificate, completion of the final learning test is mandatory.
