The course focuses on the need to integrate the analysis of age-related changes into the Risk Assessment (RAR), covering the following key aspects:
1. Physiological and Cognitive Impact on Safety
Both in terms of the physical worsening of musculoskeletal risks and the need to review workloads, and on the cognitive/mental level.
2. Regulatory Compliance (Legislative Decree 29/2024)
Through an analysis of the recent "Elderly Decree" (Legislative Decree 29/2024), which promotes active aging and requires employers to implement specific measures, such as careful risk factor assessment and targeted health surveillance.
3. An Operational and Methodological Proposal:
Structured for integrating the age factor into the RAR, also based on the practice published in ISL (Occupational Health and Safety).
Valid for 2 hours of refresher training pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08. Certificate issued by AIFOS.
To obtain the certificate, completion of the final learning test is mandatory.
