The roundtable discussion organized by UNI is dedicated to a highly topical and relevant issue: workplace harassment. The event is part of the broader framework of occupational health and safety and the standardization efforts that will lead to the publication of the new 45001 standard, broadening the perspective to include the organizational, cultural, and relational dimensions that have a concrete impact on people's inclusion and well-being. Through the contribution of technical standards and the exchange of multidisciplinary experts, the meeting aims to offer insights and useful tools for recognizing, preventing, and combating harassment, fostering safe, inclusive, and respectful work environments. The initiative is also part of UNI's ongoing commitment to promoting gender equality and organizational well-being.
