The conference aims to provide practical guidance for managing near misses and workplace accidents – key elements of the Italian Code of Criminal Procedure.
In particular, the following will be analyzed:

Near Misses:
• The regulatory framework - Guidelines for identifying, tracking, and analyzing near misses;
• The importance of a safety culture within the organization;
• Managing a real-life case: reporting, event analysis, updating the risk assessment, preventive and corrective actions, feedback to workers, and effectiveness assessments.

Workplace Accidents:
• National overview of workplace accidents and a focus on the Lombardy region;
• Managing workplace accidents: when the safety system fails, the implications for companies;
• Managing a real-life case. Case analysis, actions taken immediately following the incident, notes on Legislative Decree 758/94, corrective actions, and the application of Articles 15 and 16. 589 and 590 of c.p..
The event will conclude with a direct discussion between professionals, aimed at sharing best practices and operational solutions for integrated risk management.
