The meeting is intended to provide a high-level discussion among key players in the national prevention system, with the aim of analyzing the impact of recent regulatory developments on the operational management of workplace health and safety.
The focus of the discussion will be the implementation of Legislative Decree 159/2025 and the changes introduced in the regulations governing procurement and subcontracting, with particular attention to the credit license and the strengthening of supervisory and control activities. In addition to the regulatory aspect, the session will explore new tools for advanced prevention, such as near-miss management and the role of technical standards, integrating the legislator's perspective on the state of the art of ministerial technical discussions.
Finally, the discussion aims to examine the sustainability and applicability of the regulations in the production context, analyzing the complexities affecting businesses and reaffirming the centrality of training as an essential prerequisite for effective and responsible worker protection.
