Part One (Classroom) – 45 minutes
• Regulatory overview of the role of the Company Emergency Team (CET)
• Introduction to the risk assessment triangle
• Most common errors in emergency management
• Basics of psycho-physical stress management
• Principles of distance and positioning
Part Two (Practical Session in Dedicated Area) – 1 hour 15 minutes
• Demonstration of correct approach techniques
• Behavioral analysis of individuals in distress
• Introduction to active self-protection techniques when dealing with immobile, non-cooperative, or aggressive individuals
• Debriefing
Valid as a 2-hour refresher course in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08, in collaboration with the University of Roma Tre
Final test completion is mandatory for certification.
