11:30 - 13:30

COURSE ROOM 8

PAV. B – LANE B4

Edited by: Istituto INFORMA

The past few months have been characterized by consistently concerning accident data and significant public interventions aimed at tackling workplace accidents and occupational diseases. Particular focus has been placed on the legitimacy of contracting, subcontracting, secondment, and labor leasing, as well as the evolution of construction sites with the introduction of the Credit-Based Rating System (patente a crediti) and the DURC of Congruity.
The State-Regions Conference has published the Consolidated Agreement on Safety Training, while the legislator intervened with Decree Law no. 159/2025 (converted into Law no. 198/2025), alongside Legislative Decree 213/2025 and Law 34/2026, introducing significant amendments to Legislative Decree no. 81/2008. Technical standards have also been updated, including CEI 11/27 (October 2025).
Key updates include: the restructuring of safety training with the introduction of the mandatory requirement for employers, the extension of regulations on carcinogens to reprotoxic substances, the asbestos update, near-miss management, measures against workplace harassment and gender-based violence, changes to health surveillance, and many other updates with significant managerial and technical impact.

During this session, we will analyze the regulations already in force, evaluating their impact on corporate organizations and the activities of prevention professionals, while taking into account case law and best practices. At the same time, we will assess upcoming innovations, such as the requirements for training providers and future developments in health surveillance.
