Incidents of discrimination, aggression, and violence in the workplace are emerging risks that are increasingly widespread within corporate organizations, particularly in companies and entities operating in specific areas or sectors.
The concept of Duty of Care implies the principle that the employer is responsible for the well-being of their employees in every circumstance involving professional performance. Furthermore, the Consolidated Law (Legislative Decree 81/08) places extreme emphasis on the employer’s duty of protection, including the assessment of such risks.
The themes of gender equality, diversity, and inclusion (DE&I) represent a significant regulatory opportunity for organizations to mitigate these risks, in line with the current legislative context.
The purpose of this session is to illustrate the interconnections between current legislation and the adoption of international best practices and standards regarding gender equality, diversity, and inclusion policies. We will specifically focus on the Reference Practice UNI/PdR 125:2022 (Gender Equality) and ISO 30415:2021 (Diversity and Inclusion), highlighting their strategic role in this field.

Valid as a 2-hour refresher course in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08, in collaboration with the University of Roma Tre
