The transposition of EU Directive 2023/2668 through Legislative Decree 213/2025 on asbestos has introduced significant updates regarding asbestos-containing materials. Key changes include the new Occupational Exposure Limit Value (OELV), the technological transition for monitoring methods, and the prioritization of removal as a mandatory obligation for employers.
In this brief session, we will review the newly introduced changes, focusing on the most impactful aspects concerning health and safety.
The primary objective of the course is to provide participants with a clear understanding of the new regulations and their implications for workplace safety.
Furthermore, we will summarize the obligations of the duty holder regarding the management of building structures, building service systems, machinery, and production and distribution network plants. The training session will also include references to the technical standards cited in the Consolidated Law on Health and Safety (Testo Unico).
Valid as a 2-hour refresher course in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08, in collaboration with the University of Roma Tre
Final test completion is mandatory for certification.
