COURSE ROOM 7
PAV. B – LANE B4
Edited by: Istituto INFORMA
In an increasingly complex organizational context, safety cannot be considered merely a set of rules to be followed or applied "from the top down." Instead, it is a dynamic process built through the active contribution of individuals. This seminar, using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, offers an innovative approach to exploring safety as a result of collaboration and collective intelligence.
By using LEGO® bricks as a tool for expression and thought, participants will be guided through a journey of shared construction, where experiences, perceptions, and critical issues emerge and are transformed into concrete solutions. Every model becomes a narrative, and every narrative an opportunity to better understand one’s own role in creating safer work environments.
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® approach fosters active engagement, widespread participation, and constructive dialogue, allowing communication barriers to be broken down and new perspectives to be activated. Through co-creation, the group develops a shared vision of safety, identifying practical and sustainable actions to be implemented within their own work context.
The objective of the seminar is to demonstrate how safety can become a truly shared responsibility, transforming every participant into a protagonist of change and contributing concretely to the continuous improvement of HSE performance.
