COURSE ROOM 10
PAV. B – LANE B4
Edited by: Istituto INFORMA
The evolution of production requires a shift from formal safety to Systemic Ergonomics. By analyzing "work-as-done" rather than just "work-as-imagined" (written procedures), this course reveals the ergonomic, musculoskeletal, and cognitive risks that standard protocols often fail to capture. The approach is based on contemporary studies in biomechanics and neurophysiology to identify the deep criticalities within work dynamics. Moving beyond a purely chart-based perspective, this program provides the tools to analyze risks where conventional assessments prove insufficient.
The objective is to equip participants with a new methodological sensitivity to integrate ergonomics into decision-making processes, transforming well-being into a lever for efficiency and sustainable competitiveness. The course provides operational tools for the strategic planning of interventions. Through targeted criteria, participants will learn to structure progressive action plans: from immediate corrections to a broad long-term vision, ensuring effective and adaptable solutions for every specific corporate context through short, medium, and long-term interventions.
Valid as a 2-hour refresher course in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08, in collaboration with the University of Roma Tre
Final test completion is mandatory for certification.
