COURSE ROOM 8
PAV. B – LANE B4
Edited by: Istituto INFORMA
In a landscape characterized by increasing regulatory complexity and a strong push toward the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) approach, compliance can no longer be managed as a collection of separate obligations. Instead, it demands an integrated, structured, and value-oriented approach. In this context, management systems take on a central role as the organizational architecture capable of linking regulatory requirements, risk management, and sustainability goals.
The seminar explores the concept of integrated compliance as a governance lever, highlighting how alignment between management systems (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, and Compliance) allows organizations to move beyond a "siloed" mentality. This alignment facilitates the development of organizational models that are coherent, transparent, and geared toward creating sustainable value. Consequently, compliance evolves from a formal obligation into a strategic tool, capable of supporting decision-making processes and strengthening the overall reliability of the organization.
The objective of the seminar is to provide a framework to stimulate reflection on the transition from formal compliance to integrated and conscious compliance, as an essential element of organizational processes and decisions.
