Competence alone is not enough to be effective safety leaders. If workers are not motivated to adopt safe and responsible behaviours, even the most appropriate (and legally required) preventive measures risk being ineffective.
The Consolidated Act on Health and Safety at Work provides, at least on paper, the necessary safeguards. However, the real barriers often lie within our own minds, habits, and beliefs.
Breaking down biases and unsafe routines is a challenging but essential task for safety professionals.
This session aims to encourage reflection among employers, managers, supervisors, RSPP, ASPP, and all those involved in prevention roles on the importance of motivating workers towards safe behaviours, and on how to achieve effective and sustainable motivation in practice.
Valid as a 2-hour refresher course in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08, in collaboration with the University of Roma Tre
Final test completion is mandatory for certification.
