COURSE ROOM 9
PAV. B – LANE B4
Edited by: Istituto INFORMA
The course provides a technical and operational analysis of the new obligations introduced by Legislative Decree 18/2023, as amended and supplemented by Legislative Decree 102/2025, implementing EU Directive 2184/2020, with specific reference to risk assessment and management in internal drinking water systems within buildings.
The focus is on the allocation of responsibilities, the definition of new stakeholder roles—particularly the Internal Drinking Water System Manager (GIDI)—and the requirements related to the proper implementation of control systems. It also considers the implications for Employers, HSE Managers, RSPP, and ASPP, with the aim of providing both interpretative and practical tools for compliant and effective application of current regulations.
The training program clearly distinguishes between obligations applicable to priority buildings (such as healthcare facilities, hospitality structures, catering services, barracks, educational institutions with sports facilities, sports, fitness and wellness centers, and bathing establishments) and non-priority buildings (such as offices, educational institutions, commercial activities, condominiums, and residential buildings). It examines classification criteria, risk assessment obligations, monitoring activities, document management, and corrective measures.
Valid as a 2-hour refresher course in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08, in collaboration with the University of Roma Tre
Final test completion is mandatory for certification.
