Fire prevention regulations have paved the way for a more responsible and accountability-oriented approach than in the past. But there is still a decisive step to take: to prevent safety from remaining crystallized in the administrative act. This course invites you to go beyond the boundary of formal compliance, exploring how accountability can become a lever for real performance.
The course integrates elements of the Safety II and Safety Differently models to understand real work and performance variability, offering tools to improve the effectiveness of fire prevention measures through active listening, collective sensemaking and organizational resilience with the aim of transforming each rule into a lived practice.

Valid as a 2-hour refresher course in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08 by AIFOS
