In a critical context such as fire emergencies, effectiveness does not only depend on individual skills, but also on the team's ability to work in synergy. This workshop, through the innovative LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, will explore how individual skills integrate with group cohesion to ensure timely and decisive interventions.
Using LEGO® bricks as a construction and reflection tool, participants will have the opportunity to model the key characteristics that each member of the fire team should possess: from stress management to leadership in critical situations, from technical preparation to effective communication under pressure.
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® approach stimulates active participation and the co-creation of solutions, creating an environment where individual reflection merges with collective intelligence, facilitating the construction of a shared vision of the "ideal profile" of the emergency worker. The ultimate goal is to develop a resilient corporate culture, where each team member contributes to strengthening individual and collective skills, improving emergency management and increasing overall operational effectiveness.

Valid as a 2-hour refresher course in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08, in collaboration with the University of Roma Tre.
