Fires and explosions are one of the most widespread and varied incidents in terms of causes, locations and repercussions of the event, which can be realized in the context of business activities. However, a well-structured management system for Health and Safety in the Workplace integrated with the Organizational Model provided for by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 can really make a difference also in terms of fire safety.
In particular, starting also from the official data on fires in the company environment, the points of contact between the provisions of the 231 Models and the fire prevention measures will be analyzed, also with regard to regulatory obligations, operational controls, emergency plans.
Particular attention will also be paid to identifying responsibilities in the event of a damaging event and to cases in which the worker's conduct can be considered abnormal, also through the examination of real and jurisprudential cases.
Valid as a 2-hour refresher course in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08, in collaboration with the University of Roma Tre
