The prevention of explosion risk is a constantly evolving subject, so much so that even the regulations relating to the management of fire prevention in companies require that the assessment of explosion risk be "consistent and complementary with the assessment of explosion risk".
The meeting will deal with the main elements and methodologies for the assessment of explosion risk (classification of areas, measures for reducing the probability of explosions, methodologies for risk assessment) with some examples. Finally, the development prospects of the regulations for the classification of areas will be illustrated.

Valid as a 2-hour refresher course in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08, in collaboration with the University of Roma Tre
