Starting from September 2022, the decrees that replaced the Ministerial Decree of 10 March 1998 came into force: Ministerial Decree of 1 September 2021 (Control Decree), Ministerial Decree of 2 September 2021 (Management Decree) and Ministerial Decree of 3 September 2021 (Minicode Decree).
The meeting, after a brief summary of the main aspects of the three decrees, will deal with the main aspects relating to their application on a "practical" case study.
Valid as a 2-hour refresher course in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08, in collaboration with the University of Roma Tre
