The seminar will delve into the evolution of foam firefighting systems, analyzing their main areas of use, technical characteristics and the changing of the regulatory framework.
The most relevant applications of foam firefighting systems will be illustrated, highlighting their effectiveness, speed of intervention and coverage.
Key topic will be the impact of the PFAS restriction, traditionally used in some foam formulations.
The implications of these restrictions for the sector will be examined.
Finally, the seminar will address the impact on existing systems, the criteria for the choice and design of new systems and the technical requirements for components in compliance with new legislation.
